Thanks for your message and thanks very much indeed for organising another hugely successful race night. We had 128 people there and as you know the hall was pretty much full. The atmosphere that you generate is terrific and everyone leaving was saying what a good night out it was. We greatly exceeded our expectations in terms of fund raising, and the net profit for the event for the cricket club is a staggering £1600. Thanks too to Wayne for helping organise the tote so effectively. I'd recommend Andy Smith Presents events (this was our third one in our village) to anyone for a great night out and a superb way of raising money for a club or other good cause.

We will definitely book you again, Ian.

Paul is interested in doing a Casino night and judgung by the positive comments from people at yesterdays games, the Cricket Club will want another race night over the winter too!

Hello Ian,

Thanks ever so much for your email and for all the hard work you and Wayne put in to making our race night a success.

Even though we only had a small amount of guests, everybody I have spoken to enjoyed the evening’s entertainment which hopefully we might repeat again in about six months time.

I am also looking forward to our fun casino on 6th June, and hopefully I will be able to bring along a friend from my casino class, so with four croupiers we can each in turn, take a break, help the roulette dealer to 'chip-up', & walk about as an MC advising our guests how to play the games and selling the roulette raffle tickets.

Once again, Thanks for a fun evening at the races, and looking forward to the casino night.

Hi Ian,

Just a note to say thank you once again for a fantastic evening of entertainment at our Horse Race Night, this is the fifth successive year we have held an event like this with you. It is a key fund raising event but as important it is a great night out for all our club members.

Over the years we have listened to your advice and increased our profit whilst also giving the paying public a value for money experience.

It is true to say that the key is good planning and organisation plus willing helpers and with your guidance we have now got this event off to a fine art, it runs like clockwork and we have the peace of mind that we have someone who engages the audience and lifts the atmosphere fantastically.

Without doubt a most enjoyable way to raise funds for any organisation.

We'll be back again next year.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your email last saturday. I am glad you enjoyed the night we certainly did!! Every one has given us great feedback and we were very impressed with the way you ran the evening.I have just been scraping together the last of the pennies! We took a total of £2545 with a profit of £1945 which is amazing considering there were only 90 people in the room.I have attached the costing sheet for your perousal!

The auction race was brilliant at £365!! My idea of the 3 xmas hampers for raffle prizes instead of the usual rubbish certainly generated more interest and cash, even if my sons girlfriend and her mother did win 2 of the hampers and my daughter won the other one !!!!??? The lads in the team certainly enjoyed doing the tote,and Jenny enjoyed giving out the prizes.This event made them feel more involved than your average quiz night!

They have gone up to Buxton tonight to start their trek training!

We are very keen to do another race night next year, just before the final payment is due for the expedition, probably in May. I am looking at the casino night as well and will start planning it after xmas for end feb early march?.I need a break from fund raising right now!

Anyway ,thanks again Ian , i enjoyed meeting and working with you and look forward to seeing you soon.

Just wanted to feed back to you after another fantastic 'Race Night' event last Saturday.

Thank you so much for all your effort in making it a very successful evening. We had a committee meeting today and it looks like we've made around £1500, which is absolutely fantastic.

Everyone has been saying how much they enjoyed the night at the school gates today, and we are so pleased with the end result, it makes all the 'hard work' prior to the night, well worth the effort.
