I cannot thank you and your staff, in particular Wayne & Ross, for making the day so special. I had not realised the time had flown so did not get to play the tables myself but they looked amazing and all the guests who participated said how much they had enjoyed it and how friendly but professional Wayne and Ross were. The conservatory at The Parsonage was the perfect setting with plenty of room for people to play or watch, I have numerous e mails from guests saying they will never be worried about playing either on holiday or at events now because the rules were explained so well. My son gave me personal feedback yesterday and he had nothing but praise for the casino and said it was an ideal way to entertain guests in that sometimes difficult period before the evening do also getting guests to mix more. He is an events manager for a large company and has asked for your details and of course I will personally highly recommend your services - professional yet with excellent personal touches.

Your e mail is lovely and I will print a copy to show to Emma & Dan - the day was amazing, Emma looked so radiant & beautiful ( biased I know, weather wonderful and lots of happy smiling guests.

The croupiers were excellent, very professional, good sense of humour, and more importantly did an excellent job in making the casino entertainment enjoyable and interesting for those that did not know how to play the games. Thanks for your email - we really enjoyed the fun casino and so did our guests. It was so lovely to see the men having as good a time as the women at a wedding!!! The set up upstairs looked fantastic and as you saw we loosely themed the whole room towards the casino, with the balloons and the table sweets! It really gave our evening the relaxed party feel we were after! We agree that the balcony was a perfect set up for the casino and we both made every effort to participate in all of the things we had organised for our big day! It was lovely when you said that the bride hardly made it to the table and that it was great to see me!! I'm sure some guests took photos and I will forward them to you for sure!
